ポモドーロ・タイマー

A classic Pomodoro timer in your browser with 25-minute focus blocks and 5-minute short breaks and 15-minute long breaks every 4 sessions.

Next: short break (5 min)

Classic cadence: 25 min focus, 5 min short break, 15 min long break every fourth focus block.

Use a 25-minute timer for deep work

The Pomodoro Technique is a simple way to beat procrastination: work in short, focused bursts, then step away before you burn out. A classic Pomodoro is 25 minutes of uninterrupted focus followed by a short break (usually five minutes) with a longer break after every fourth round.

This free Pomodoro timer allows you to press Start when you are ready to focus; use Pause if you need to step away, Skip when you are done with the current phase, and Reset to begin a fresh cycle. There is nothing to install; just keep this tab open while you work.

Why pair a timer with Routine?

A timer gives you structure; Routine gives you a calm place to capture tasks, notes, and calendar context so each Pomodoro block has a clear target. When the break ends, you can pick up exactly where you left off without digging through tabs or scattered apps.
